| Portrait Agreement: The session fee is either $350 or $400 depending on your selection and covers the following: Up to two hours of coverage on your session date (three hours for newborns sessions) for immediate family members only (extended family members may be added at an additional cost of $25 for each person after an initial group of 4), post-session custom image preparation with attention to each image, and 20-30 images presented to you in a private online gallery. In order to hold your session date, your session fee must be received within seven days of submitting this agreement. Your fee is non-refundable but the studio will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforseen circumstances; please notify Rebecca at least 24 hours before your session if you must reschedule. Please note that the use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographer’s is prohibited during your session. Images will be available approximately 4 - 6 weeks after your session and will be presented to you in a private online gallery and shopping cart that you are encouraged to share with friends and family. The gallery is live for 3 months. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Rebecca does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and wants you to be more than pleased with your heirloom images. A word about copyright, all images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Rebecca Bouck and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. Please respect Rebecca's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist Rebecca wishes to have control over the final look of her client’s images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality. If you purchase the digital negatives, you will have shared copyright. This gives you permission to make prints at the lab of your choice. |
